CodeUltimate.NET's components are based on stolen code: The evidence

CodeUltimate was a short-lived brand. The scammer has replaced it with ComponentSoft.NET brand after two months.

The site now redirects to ComponentSoft.NET website with a design identical to CodeUltimate.NET, so the evidence of ComponentSoft.NET scam applies to CodeUltimate as well.
